【For Foreign Nationals Unable to Purchase Electronic Tickets】

For foreign nationals who are unable to purchase tickets via the website, we offer a reservation service for “tickets to be received on the day” via email.

Please send the following information to [faulieu.info@gmail.com]:
(1) Desired performance date and title
(2) Phone number
(3) Valid identification document with a photo (such as a passport)

Once we receive your email, we will reply with detailed instructions for the entry process on the day of the event.
Please note that customers using this email request will be granted entry to the venue once the queue for customers with regular tickets has subsided.
Also, please be aware that this email request is only applicable to events organized by us and does not apply to events hosted by others.
